Sewer cleaning trucks

In order to carry out cleaning works in Durango, we manufactured a truck for FERROVIAL SERVICIOS

Need

The company FERROVIAL SERVICIOS—one of the major global infrastructure operators and urban services managers—, for its Durango (Biscay) branch, asked us for high-pressure cleaning water jetting equipment to handle cleaning works in the municipality’s downtown area and old town, improving its efficiency, functionality and sustainability.

Solution

The sewer cleaning truck consists of a high-pressure washer pump (140 bar and 135 m3/h) and a blade vacuum pump. The transmission uses a transfer gearbox inserted into the main transmission that drives two hydraulic pumps. The tank has a capacity of 1.2 m3 for sludge and 1.2 m3 for water and is made of carbon steel. 

This piece of equipment is mounted on a 5.2-tonne IVECO chassis, and given its size, power and capacity, it is perfect for cleaning and sewerage works in urban areas, old towns or places that are difficult to access for traditional equipment.
